Mary Ann Wagner

Mary Ann Wagner age 89, beloved sister and aunt, passed away November 14, 2011. Born in New Waverly, Texas, Mary Ann was one of four girls born to John and Pearl Ripkowski. She was a member of the Occupational Nurses Association and worked for 21 years at Texas Eastern Retirees Club. A devout catholic, Mary Ann was an active member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and their altar society. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Joe of 44 years, her father, mother, sisters Clara Thomas and Helen Ripkowski, and nephew Gary Thomas. She is survived by her sister Christine Maloney, nieces Patricia Acosta (Bob), Theresa Palasota, Maria Fleming (James),Clare Fleming (Harry), Nancy Wagner Key (Sam), nephews Jim Thomas (Julie), and Steven Wagner(Rita), her sisters-in-law, Barbara Williams (Bill) of FL and Bertha Ewing of CA. numerous great nieces and nephews, friends, and other relatives. Visitation for family and friends will be held November 16th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Earthman Funeral Directors with a Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held November 17th at 10:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell, Houston. Interment will be held at Elmina Cemetery in New Waverly, Texas.
