Michael Gutierrez

Michael was married to his beloved wife, Ophelia Gutierrez. He is survived by his children, Gina Marie Gutierrez, Michelle Gutierrez, Juan Miguel Avila, Veronica Avila (Ricardo Benavidez Jr), and Bobby Gutierrez (Alexandra Gutierrez).

He is further survived by his grandchildren Carter Duffy, Cayden Duffy, Noah Gutierrez, Malina Sorano, Dominic Sorano Jr., Natalie Sorano, Arabella Sorano, Bobbie Elizabeth Avila, Yesenia Avila, Juan Miguel Avila Jr., Raymond Avila, Michael Rodriguez, Ariana Benavidez, Giana Benavidez, Ricky Benavidez II, Matthew Benavidez, and Elijah Benavidez.

He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Michael was also treasured deeply by his siblings; Antonio Gutierrez II, Theresa Gutierrez, and Joseph Gutierrez. He is survived by his father Antonio and his wife Vickie Gutierrez.

He is preceded in death by his mother Jeanette Marie Alli, and his brothers Alex Gutierrez, Vincent Gutierrez, and Robert Garcia Jr.

In his personal life, Michael enjoyed a good steak dinner with salad, cheering on his favorite teams: the Texans, Astros, and Houston Rockets, and sipping on Don Julio.

A visitation will be held on December 4, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087. A prayer service will take place at the same location on December 4, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
