

One of ten children, he was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Elizandro Orosco and Isabel Gonzales. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1982.
After moving to Houston, he was blessed with five children, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ashley, Amber, and Michael.
An active member of his faith community, he spent countless hours volunteering with his church, and ministering to the homeless in the city. He always had unwavering faith in God, no matter his circumstances.
He loved riding his Harley and taking trips to Galveston any chance he had. He found joy in the simple things in life, and as long as he was surrounded by friends, family, and laughter, he was happy.
While he passed way too soon, his life was full of people who loved and cherished him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elizandro Orosco and Isabel Gonzales; and brother, Tomas Orosco.
He is survived by his children Elizabeth Orosco, Sarah Orosco, Ashley Orosco, Amber Orosco, Michael Orosco and his wife Cinthya; sisters Florence Dingler and husband Michael; Rose Marie Orosco; Maria Theresa Moreno and husband Jesse; Doris Phillipe; Sylvia Tovar and husband Robert; brothers Alex Orosco, Ruben Orosco, and Jesse Orosco, and numerous grandchildren.
A visitation for Michael will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 1:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service will occur Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
