Michael Albert Rice

Michael Albert Rice, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend left us unexpectedly November 30, 2009 to be with the Lord and his mother who predeceased him. Michael was born on August 16, 1993 to Kimberly Dawn Salmon Rice and Albert E. Rice. Michael was an intelligent, gentle, handsome young man whose beautiful smile would light up the room. Michael was described by all who knew him as having a sensitive, kind, loving heart with a unique sense of humor and was dearly loved by all who knew him. Michael will be greatly missed by everyone he touched.Michael was predeceased by his mother Kimberly and grandfather Albert R. Rice. He is survived by his devoted father Albert E. Rice, loving brothers Joseph and Matthew Rice, grandparents Martin and Patti Salmon, Annetta Salmon and Margaret Rice. Uncles and Aunts; Mark and Sheri Salmon, Daniel and Karen Rice, Richard and Eileen Lundberg, Brian and Joanne Hassett, Peter and Peggy Barnouw, Maureen Rice, and Doug and Chris Connor. Cousins Samantha Salmon, Hunter Salmon, DJ Rice, Megan Rice, Ciara Semerad, Zak Semerad, Mackenzie Semerad, Maja Barnouw, Hayden Barnouw, Calvin Besse, Roxanne Besse and Saranzaya Connor, who are always happiest when they are together and have a special bond that is unbreakable.We celebrate his life and will miss the bright future and positive difference he was destined to make in this world. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 5 until 8pm on Friday at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek. The funeral service is Saturday December 5th, one o'clock in the afternoon at Foundry United Methodist Church, 8350 Jones Rd. Houston, Texas. After church, a graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
