
Terral was born on May 5, 1961 in Shreveport, LA to Leroy and Lessie Walker. He attended Grambling, LA Public Schools until his family moved to Shreveport, LA. He graduated from Fair Park High School in Shreveport, LA in 1979. He received a degree in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University. He was a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. After moving to Houston, TX. Terral began working for Harris County Community Supervision & Corrections Department as a Shift Coordinator. He married Alisa Smith in 1991. The couple welcomed a son into their home, Corshaun, His son will remember him as a kind/gentle/patient/driven father who encouraged him to pursue his goals. Terral was a generous/witty/dedicated individual who loved his family and who was passionate about Grambling State University Football team. He was a dedicated member of the Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. On Thursday, June 16, 2016, Terral passed peacefully from this life after a gradual decline in health. Terral leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Alisa; son, Corshaun; siblings, Lillian Fields, Sundra Washington, and Roy Walker (Barbara), all of Shreveport, LA; A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
