"A Queen was born..." Sharteria Nicole Harrison-Williams, on May 9, 1978 to Kenneth Welch and Cynthia Harrison in Houston, Texas. She was taken from our presence and went to rest in the arms of the Lord on September 23, 2016. Sharteria was preceded in death by her grandmother Dorothy James and grandfathers Issac Harrison, Jr. and Leroy Welch, Jr. At an early age Sharteria accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She received her education at Nimitz High School. She later married Antonio Williams of Houston, Texas. To this union two children were born. Sharteria leaves to cherish her memories: husband Antonio Williams; mother Cynthia Harrison; father Kenneth Welch; four beautiful daughters Shyneicea Durden, La’Shareya Durden, Znaiya Williams, Jaelynn Williams; son Tim Walker; stepdaughter Shakira Williams; mother-in-law Bessie Williams; two brothers Ronald Harrison and Terrance Harrison (LaKesha); sister KeShawn Hamilton; grandmother Marie Welch and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
