Natlin Bernice Spriggs

September 4, 1927 – August 24, 2019

Natlin Bernice Spriggs, 91, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Tomball, Texas.

Natlin was born in Pattison, Texas on September 4, 1927 to Ben and Elsa Hartman. Natlin served as the matriarch to her family and proudly provided love, support and guidance to not only her husband, children and grandchildren; but to over 30 children spanning several decades via her in-home daycare. Natlin was a lifetime member of St. Mark Lutheran church. She was an accomplished baker with her delicious and beautifully decorated cakes taking center stage at many parties and events. Natlin was an avid sports fan and loved spending time cheering for her favorite teams with her sons.

Natlin is preceded in death by her husband Frank; daughter Donna Lynn; and son, Kevin Frank. She is survived by her sons Deryl Bernard; Bryan Lynn; Clay Randall and his wife Kerrie; granddaughters Samantha, Savannah, Bailey & Hayden; great grandsons Hayden & Cole; as well as extended family members and many dear friends.

Friends are welcome to join the family at 11am on Friday, August 30. 2019 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of Houston, 1515 Hillendahl Blvd Houston, TX 77055 for a service celebrating the life of Natlin.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are AV Hartman, Dewayne Hartman, Scott Hartman, James Hartman, Roger Dale Gregory, Dudley Gregory, Keith Gregory, John Spriggs, Richard Machacek, and Robert Machacek.
