Norma Concepcion Wiltshire

Norma Concepción Wiltshire, 92, of Houston, Texas, passed away on August 30, 2019 in Bee Cave, Texas. She was born in Laredo, Texas on October 13, 2019 to Otila and Luis L. Zarate. She was married to Curtis “Jack” Wiltshire for 48 years. Norma had a career in real estate where she worked for Gary Greene Realtor and her brokerage, Wiltshire Realtors.

She was a Great Mom who loved her kids and taught them to work hard and never give up. She offered her time to the Hispanic community and those in need. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she was a member of the choir for over 50 years. Norma also served as President of the Catholic Women’s Organization at St. Francis de Sales from September 1995-September 1996.

She had a passion for singing, gardening, volunteering, missionary working, dining with her friends, learning, discussing any topics, loving her doggies...... and eating tamales!

She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and her sister, María Luisa Riggs.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela and her husband Luis, her sons Bruce and his wife Kim, Brent and his wife Stacy, and her sister, Zulema Miller. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brittany, Bayley, Bo, Beck, Joohee, Annie, Minji and Carter and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
