

Norman Chacon, 41, of Houston, Texas, passed away on February 26, 2026. Norman was born on October 20, 1984, in Houston, Texas. He will be remembered as a compassionate, generous, gentle, honest, hard-working, humorous, kind-hearted, selfless, thoughtful, cherished, faithful, beloved, and brave man whose presence brought comfort and strength to those who knew him.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Norman attended Bellaire High School and graduated with the class of 2004. He attended the University of Houston.
Norman found joy in the simple, meaningful moments of life—especially those spent with family and friends. He enjoyed watching and playing soccer, traveling, and spending time outdoors, including floating the Guadalupe River. He enjoyed attending the Houston Livestock Show and the Rodeo and he was also a devoted fan of the Houston Cougars, Dallas Cowboys and Liverpool F.C.
He is survived by his parents Jose Roberto Chacon and Ana Josefina Chacon his sister Gladis Aracely Chacon, brother Jaime Lemus and his niece Emily Machado and his nephew Alexander Machado.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Advantage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd Houston, Texas 77077.
