Ông Tô is survived by his wife, Anh Hao Ma; his daughter Lisa To; his son Larry To (and Family); his son Andy To; and his daughter Ana To (and Family); his brother Hung Chan To (and Family), his sister Tho Ngoc To (and Family), his sister Xai Thi To (and Family), his brother Lam Tham To (and Family) and his brother Tung Thanh To (and Family).

A visitation for Ông Tô will be held Friday, June 7, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX. A committal service will occur Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX.

Serving as pallbearers are Larry To, Andy To, Tyler To, Bao Ngoc Lam, Tri To and Jeff Arnett.
