Ouida is preceded in death by her husband Norman O. Townsen, Sr.; her parents, Sallie Baron Parmley and Isaac Davis Parmley; brothers, Eugene (Sue), Glen (Marsan), Durwood (Roxy); and best friend and sister-in-law Lillian Rembert. Ouida, known to all as "Mimi,” loved traveling with family and friends and could always be seen at all of her kid's ball games. Her quiet strength and kindness was an inspiring characteristic of this sweet lady who lived on the corner of Academy and Bellefontaine for over 70 years.
