Patricia Elaine Farrar was born on August 6, 1941 in Houston, Texas to Donald and Martha Franks. She went on to attend Reagan High School and graduated from University of Houston. She worked as a teacher and a counselor in HISD and then ran a construction company for many years. Throughout her life, she was known for her hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others. She never met a stranger and even in her later years spent her days baking brownies and sharing them with all of her neighbors and friends.
Elaine is survived by her son Jared Farrar and 2 grandsons, Bubba and Ozzy. She is also survived by her loving life partner, BJ Williams and sweet dog Rex.
Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. A graveside service will be held for family and close friends on Sunday, March 10 at 10:30.
