Patricia Jeanine "Nanny" Scott born on January 24, 1930 went to be with the Lord and sing with the Angels on July 31, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years John Scott, brother E. A. McClain, and parents Elmer and Virginia McClain. She is survived by daughter Virginia Morrison, son and daughter in-law John & Sandra Scott, and daughter Patricia McCutchen. Grandchildren Jessica & Jerry Hanley, Jennifer & Daryl Elzy, Richard & Rachael Felder, Elizabeth & Chris Kenny, Elizabeth & Charles Treiber, Sara Scott & Sean Morrison, Mary & Michael Pate, Scott McCutchen, and Richard Crawford. Great-grandchildren Jerry John, Raistlin, Cameron, Layla, Londyn, Evan, Jordan, Carsan, Brooklyn, Hailey, Malcolm, and Riley.
Nanny walked by faith up until her passing as she even sang "Amazing Grace" for one of her nurses, and prayed with every doctor or nurse that came into her room. She loved her family, and would light up at the sight of her great-grandchildren. She was an amazing women who was loved by everyone, and will be greatly missed.
Visitation for Patricia will be Saturday, August 8th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm with graveside service to follow.
