Patricia Ann Shults, a long-time resident of Houston Texas, passed away on Tuesday October 29, 2019 in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Patricia was born in Beaumont Texas on November 30, 1949. She graduated from South Park High School in Beaumont, attended Lamar University and San Jacinto College, and held Administrative Assistant positions at Houston Methodist Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, and Memorial Herman Hospital. Before moving to Illinois in 2017, she was a member and volunteer at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Houston. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Grace Graham, brothers Arthur and Paul Graham, and husband of 41 years Phillip Gorton Shults. Patricia enjoyed listening to country music, spending time with family, and playing with her chihuahua “Jack”. She is survived by her son Berry Mansfield, daughter-in-law Tammy Mansfield, and granddaughters Brooke and Sydney Mansfield.
