Pedro Leon Murillo

Pedro Leon worked at the Port of Houston. During his life, he had a passion for traveling and enjoyed driving long distances. He loved to gamble and press his luck on scratch offs. He loved sports especially soccer and baseball. Everyone that knew Pedro, knew his favorite team was the Astros. Pedro was married to Hermelinda Leon for over 30 years until she passed away on August 18, 2016.

Pedro is preceded in death by his wife, Hermelinda Leon; sister, Esperanza Leon; Brother, Odilon Leon; parents, Paula Murillo Dominguez and Silvestre Leon Pantoja. He is survived by children, Ethel, Edith, Pedro Antonio, Diego, Maira and Monica; grandchildren, Alfredo, Eduardo, Ethel, Alexis, Fernando, Pedro, Maria Jose, Adrian, Giselle and Melanie, and Victoria; brothers and sisters, Rosa, Adela, Carmela, Marcela, Victor, Samuel, and Fernando, and Meliton.

The Family will receive extended family and friends for on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from 5pm to 8pm with a Rosary at 7pm, in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas 77039. A Funeral Services will be held November 11, 2019 at 10am in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, with a burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
