Phillip is survived by son Josiah Andrew Bazan; daughter Emily Kris Bazan; son Ryan Bazan; and son Phillip Andrew Bazan Jr.; mother Regina Marie Castillo; brother Paul Jared Bazan, brother Peter Eric Bazan and brother Ricky Lee Herrin Jr.; grandmother Dora Aranda Martinez.
Phillip was preceded in death by father Joe Bazan.
A visitation for Phillip will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A sermon service will occur Friday, May 28, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A committal service will occur Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Historical Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N Main St., Houston, TX 77009.
