

Phyllis was born on June 9th, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Victor P. Antoine, Sr. and Anna Antoine-Langley.
Phyllis attended St. Peter Claver Elementary School in Brooklyn, Jamaica High School in Queens, NY and she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, NY. After college, she worked for New York City Department of Corrections and went on to pursue a career and retire from New York City Department of Probation after 25 years of service.
Phyllis enjoyed going to the casino (and winning big), playing cards, and as you all know, she had a passion for bowling from the age of 10 until her passing.
Preceding her in death is her father, Victor P. Antoine, Sr.
Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Christopher Harris and his wife Robyn of Houston, TX, and Alexander Young and his wife Keyla of Colorado Springs, CO; her mother Anna Antoine-Langley and step-father Pamer Langley of Brooklyn, NY; her two brothers, Victor P. Antoine, Jr. of Long Island, NY, Michael Antoine of Bronx, NY and brother/cousin Howard Williams and his wife Judy of New York, NY; her sister Audrey Antoine-Merlin and her husband Francky Merlin of North Brunswick, NJ. She also leaves three grandchildren; Adrian, Ariana, and Isaiah. Phyllis will be remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and special friends.
