Ramiro Magaña

Ray was born on August 13, 1943, in Harlingen, Texas, to Pedro Magaña and Becerra. He was raised with strong values of hard work and dedication that remained with him throughout his life.

On May 23, 1987, Ray met the love of his life, Rosie. Their bond quickly grew, and they were united in marriage on July 5, 1989. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and commitment.

Ray worked as a pipe fitter at CCAT for more than 20 years. He took great pride in his work and was respected for his skill, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Above all, Ray cherished his family. He leaves behind two daughters, Mel and Lisa; four sons, Lawrence, Gilbert, Felipe, and Norman; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. His legacy lives on through each of them.

Ray will be remembered for his strength, dedication to his family, and the love he shared so freely. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, on February 25, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
