Raymond Arthur Bruhn

November 23, 1930 – August 9, 2018

Ray went to be with his Lord on August 9, 2018 at the age of 87. He was born in Pevely, Missouri on November 23, 1930 to Viola and Arthur Bruhn. Ray was an honor student in high school, attended the University of Missouri and served in the United States Air Force.

Ray loved his music. He played the trumpet, directed Lutheran choirs for over 30 years and sang in a Barbershop chorus. Ray was always an active person and was employed in the corrugated packaging industry from 1961-2007.

Ray is survived by his loving wife Carol (Ince) Bruhn; daughters: Sheree Martin, husband Steve Martin, Stana Barden, husband Lee Barden. Grandchildren: Lance, Brett, Matt, Kendall, and Kyle. Great Grandson: Maxwell.

A Memorial Service will be held for Ray on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 11:00 at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 14200 Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christ Memorial Music Department.
