Raymond Roland Rubach, 73, of Houston, passed away on November 30, 2025. He was born on December 30, 1951, in Houston to Joseph and Josephine (Grupa) Rubach. He had three children whom he loved dearly, son Aaron Rubach and wife Linda, son Eric Rubach and wife Wendy, and daughter Megan Rubach.
Raymond lived his entire life in the Houston home where he was born – a place filled with memories, laughter, and family. He graduated from St. Pius High School and was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Professionally, he dedicated 28 years to the Oil & Gas industry, where he built lasting friendships and a reputation for hard work and loyalty.
Raymond found joy on the water, spending countless days boating with friends and family. He also had a lifelong passion for woodworking, fishing, and tinkering with his antique Farmall Cub tractor. Known for his easygoing nature, he truly never met a stranger. His playful humor, including his habit of calling himself "Ramone from Houston," remained with him until the very end.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Josephine Rubach.
He is survived by his children, Aaron (Linda) Rubach, Eric (Wendy) Rubach, and Megan Rubach; his beloved grandchildren, Reagan, Tanner, Charleigh, Rhett, Josie, Garrett, and Sadie; and his sister Mary Francis (Mike) O'Brien.
