She is preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford Wong & George Snyder.
Left to cherish her memory, daughter: Wendy Otsuka & husband Ron, sons: Gregg Wong & wife Laura, John Snyder & wife Myong, Mark Snyder and wife Virginia.
Grandchildren: Ryan & Kelsey Otsuka, Sarah & Gregory Wong, Teresa & Shawn Casey, Sheri & Timothy Snyder, James & Katie Snyder and Lauren Snyder.
Great grandchildren: Ericka, Austin, Taylor & Reagan Casey.
Rita was known for her famous Brooklyn accent, a passion for travel, a love for cooking, & proclivity for anything gourmet.
Above all else and most importantly, she was known for her love and kindness for her family and friends and her love of life itself.
The family will receive visitors on Friday evening from 6-8pm at Brookside Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 3PM.
Interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
