Mr.Hoppel it’s been a very long & hard summer sir. We’ve made it this far and nothing changes the fact that we miss you and wish we could all be together just one more time. I don’t know how the girls will ever be ok again but lord knows they’re trying. Emma went to homecoming and I’m hearing you approved of her date so I’m going to have to give him the same grace you granted me when we first met. Sarah & I are engaged now & looking forward to getting married & honoring the Hoppel name for as long as we can here sir. We know you’re looking down on us and that helps is get through each day without you. We love you and are deeply honored to have had some amazing years together. 

It is quite difficult to put into words what you meant to me. I owe you everything that I hold dear in my life. I want to thank you for taking a chance on me all those years ago. I want to thank you for being my family, my mentor, and my saving grace on many occasions. Saying you will be missed is a great understatement, but you will more than you know. I promise to take the knowledge you have given me to help carry on your legacy. Thank you for giving me 3 wonderful ladies I can call my sisters. One day I hope to sit with you on the beach, with a beer and a cigar telling stories. Until we meet again, God Bless.....

You were always so kind and genuine. You had a big heart and always cared about everyone you met. I could tell how much you cared about your daughters, which reminded me much like my own father. Enjoy fishing in heaven. Until we meet again!

Having worked with Brian in the Automotive industry for nearly 20 years, Brian will be missed. His sense of humor and practical approach to matters made working with Brian a joy. AMS software is one of the most respected software's in the industry thanks to the work Brian and others put into the software.

Brian , can’t believe your gone you made a lasting impression on every one you met.  Who would have believed that you would be called to heaven so soon.  It’s feels like I’m stuck in a nightmare and I can’t get out!! You were my a big part of my world and I’m so happy we were friends at the end and I am happy we were able to say I love you one more time.  You will forever be in my heart and memories.  You left me 3 beautiful girls that all have a part of you in them and always will, your legacy will live on in them!! Brian was an exceptional leader that surrounded himself with the best talent and was gracious enough to provide opportunities to those that were dedicated and shared his vision.  He created an atmosphere that allowed you to feel as much like family as a business partner.  His passing is a tremendous loss, but I know his legacy and passion will be carried on by those he mentored and embraced.  His family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My sincerest condolences goes to family and friends of our dearest Brian. I met Brian when I was just 18 years of age and we've remained friends ever since. I'm thankful to him for many great memories that I have locked in my heart. I owe him thanks for making me part of his family ever since. His happy place was always the water. Whether fishing, eating them or just enjoying the fresh ocean waters. He has always had a big heart and have touched so many. His contagious smile and generosity is what I will always remember him by. Rest in peace my sweet friend & until we meet again in heaven!

Brian was a pioneer in developing and implementing  software for the subprime auto finance industry. Most importantly, he made the lives better for everyone that knew or associated with him and he will be missed by all of us.

My deepest sympathy to his family at this time of sorrow. He was a great friend.

 I am stunned to be having to write this.  I have had the privilege of knowing Brian since 2001.  He has had an outstanding influence on my professional career.   As you all know, Brian was smart, funny, charismatic, passionate,  stubborn.  He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and always tried to do what he felt was the right thing.  We didn't always see eye to eye and had an occasional disagreement, but we always worked through issues and had a great respect for each other.  I believe that we both learned a lot from each other.  The auto and finance industry has suffered a great loss in him.  I wish his family and Auto-Master,  my deepest condolences.   Brian, I will miss your laugh.  

Brian was an Industry Leader in the BHPH Software Industry.  He was very well known and respected as he took AMS to the "Next Level". Thank you , Brian Hoppel for all you have done! Rest in Peace.

When I heard of Brian's passing it hit like a hammer. I immediately thought of Corpus Christi. I have known Brian and his family since 5th grade. Some of the greatest memories I have are of our youth in Corpus Christi. Brian and I were like bothers back then and the Hoppel's a second family. We were inseparable from junior high through high school. The stunts we pulled off, the memories made would have made a great movie! The road trips were epic and thanks to Mr. Hoppel working at Charlie Thomas Ford. Brian always had a brand new car to drive every 3 weeks! Those high school memories couldn't have been better. I have told them far to often if you ask any of my 3 daughters. The last time I spoke with Brian was 9 years ago. It's sad we didn't stay in touch. A life time of memories but, a lost opportunity to create additional ones with our 6 daughters. 

Rest in Peace brother, I will always remember you and those times. You can trust that I will carry all of those memories forward!
