Rosa Mirian Bouzas

Rosa was born in La Union, El Salvador, and later made her home in Houston, Texas, where she built a life full of love and devotion to her family. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Antonio Bouzas, and a dedicated mother to their children, Antonio (Tony) Bouzas and Heidi Bouzas. Rosa was a proud and loving grandmother to her cherished grandchildren, Alessio Bouzas and Zara Bouzas.

Rosa was a loving, dedicated, and hardworking individual who always put the needs of others before her own. Her selflessness and unwavering commitment to her family and friends made her a beloved presence in the lives of all who knew her.

An avid gardener, Rosa found joy and peace in nurturing plants. As a devout Catholic, her faith was a constant source of strength and guidance in her life.

Rosa’s kindness, warmth, and generosity will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

A prayer service will occur Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4136 BROADWAY ST, HOUSTON, TX 77087. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 4136 BROADWAY ST, HOUSTON, TX 77087. A committal service will occur Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077.
