Rosa Maria Rodriguez Chapa

Rosa was born on August 18, 1953 to Manuel and Teresa Rodriguez in San Antonio, TX. She was a graduated of Jefferson Davis High School and in 2008 obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Child Development. Rosa worked in child development for 30+ years, inspiring and teaching children of all ages. Along with teaching, she also loved traveling, slot machines, loteria, Lifetime/Hallmark movies and most importantly making memories with her family. She was known for her sassy personality and her ability to remain joyful in all circumstances. We will always remember her jokes and laughter.

She is survived by her two children Zulma Alvarado and Noe Cruz along with her siblings Juanita Bernal, Guadalupe Rodriguez and Manuel Rodriguez Jr.

Rosa was also predeceased by her loving parents, Manuel and Teresa Rodriguez.

Please join us as we celebrate the life and cherish the memories made with this beautiful soul on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo from 3-9 PM with Funeral Service beginning at 7 PM. For family and friends who are not able to join in person, there will be a facebook live stream of the Funeral Service. This will be made available at the Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation facebook page.

Ash Burial Ceremony will be scheduled at a future date at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
