Ruth Heard Randolph, age 79, of Round Rock, Texas died on April 30, 2010. Ruth was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church in Round Rock, Texas. She was also a proud Phi Beta Kappa at Agnes Scott, where she was the President of the Women’s Alliance. Ruth is survived by her sons, Peyton and William; and brother, Rev. William H. Heard.
