Sa’Mya Zakiya Patiente Moss (Moss the Boss), Passed away unexpectedly at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas at the age of ten. Sa’Mya is survived by her parents La’Toya Danielle Ruffin and Sammy Lee Moss; siblings; Azari Ruffin, Niyati Mickens, Aaron Jones; grandmothers Erana Ruffin and Lucy Cauthen and numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
She was born on July 22, 2010 in Houston , Texas. She attended Alexander Elementary School and enjoyed basketball, reading, and playing video games.
She was a dedicated individual who loved reading and was passionate about changing the world.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Advantage Funeral Home , 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. Interment will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, Texas, at 10:00 am.
