Samuel V. Abraham

Mr. Samuel Abraham affectionately known as “Raju” was born on June 18th, 1936, to V.A. Samuel and Mariamma in Sankaramangalam Varamanil at Kerala, India. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Kunjamma Abraham and three children and their families: Melvin and Anitha and granddaughter Juliet; Ronny and Leenu, grandson Aaden; Jenny and Anthony, grandsons Caleb and Tristan. He is survived by two siblings Mrs. Mariamma Koshy and Mr. V.S. Sam.

The legacy of Samuel Abraham’s family began when he married Kunjamma in Kerala, India on June 10, 1965. Samuel and Kay began their new life together and traveled to East Africa and then Kuwait where they had their three wonderful children. Then in 1974 Samuel and Kay decided to pursue the American Dream and moved their family to Texas where they made their warm and loving home.

During their 46 years of marriage Samuel was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Even in the midst of his challenging but heroic battle with cancer Samuel still strived to provide the best for his family.

As a man of courageous faith in God, his heart was filled with generosity and gentleness that continues to flourish in our family today. At the end, Samuel’s spirit was blessed with the serenity of God’s promise of eternal life, and of the comforting peace knowing he had the love of his devoted family and friends.
