Sandra Jean Jackson

Sandra was born in Houston, TX on November 12, 1957 to Joe and Ruth Frenchmeyer. She attended Spring High School and was married to George (Mike) Jackson from 1979 to 1988 with whom she had a son and a daughter.

Sandra was a proud team member of Gullo Haas Toyota, Stewart & Stevenson, Susser Petroleum, and Competition Roofing serving in various accounting and bookkeeping roles.

A devoted family woman, Sandra could often be found enjoying the company of her five grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. In her spare time Sandra enjoyed bowling, bingo, gardening, and cooking.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father Joe Frenchmeyer, mother Ruth Frenchmeyer, and brothers Steven Frenchmeyer and Joe Lee “Jody” Frenchmeyer. She is survived by her son Mike Jackson of Littleton, Colorado, Tracy (Michael) Henn of Houston, sister Janet (Rob) Tatom of Conroe, grandchildren Andrew Jackson, Ryan Jackson, Nathan Jackson, Luke Jackson, and Daly Henn, as well as nieces Morgan (Erik) Pfullmann, Kelli Jo (Price) Mathieson, Ashley Duarte, Jennifer Frenchmeyer, and nephews Joe Frenchmeyer and Steven Frenchmeyer.

A visitation for Sandra will be held Monday, January 20, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will occur Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A committal service will occur Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
