Saturnina Paquiz Cruz

Nena will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 34 years, Rodolfo Cruz and her children Cheryla Cruz-Estrada (Lloyd), Czarina Cruz and Carla Cruz. She will also be fondly remembered by her grandchild Lyle Cedric C. Estrada.

She was born on April 3, 1946 at Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines by her parents Nazario Paquiz and Cirila Soriano. She is the third among the four siblings Esmeralda Vasquez, Nicasio Paquiz and Amelia Gaspar. She graduated from St. Columban Highschool and University of the East with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce major in Accountancy - batch 1968.

She began her career in the Philippines as an accountant in Camp Crame. Spend long years in Du Pont Pharmaceutical Company and also ventured in Real Estate Business. She actively participated in various church activities at Amazing Grace Christian Fellowship including Women’s Ministry, Prayer Intercessions and being the church Head Usher.

In 2008, she migrated to the United States together with her family.

Nena is a loving wife and mother. A wonderful sister, a loyal friend and a faithful servant of God. She will be especially remembered for her quick wit, strong faith, and the tenaciousness that allowed her to achieve her many diverse endeavors. She will be greatly missed by all.
