AVIS DE DÉCÈS

Scott William Wysocki

25 septembre 1957 – 19 décembre 2025
Avis de décès de Scott William Wysocki
AUX SOINS DE

Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery

Scott William Wysocki, a humble yet extraordinary man, passed away on December 19, 2025, leaving behind a quiet sadness and an enduring gratitude in the hearts of all who knew him. To know Scott was to love him. His gentle spirit, infectious sense of humor, and warm smile—one that could light up a room without asking for attention—made him a joy to be around. He moved through the world with kindness and intention, leaving people better than he found them. His legacy is not loud, but it is lasting.

Born on September 25, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, to William and Joan Wysocki, Scott grew up in a close-knit family that shaped his values early and deeply. Loyalty, hard work, and compassion were not ideals he spoke about—they were principles he lived by. As the telecom industry emerged and took its earliest steps, Scott began his career at the dawn of that revolution, guided by curiosity, vision, and a willingness to build something meaningful from the ground up. Together with his best friend, Abu Sayeed, and support from his dear wife Nicole, Scott founded On Air Solutions, where he served as owner and president, leading with integrity, clarity, and an unwavering belief in people.

At the heart of Scott’s life—both personal and professional—was a simple but profound philosophy: believe in people and pay it forward. This belief shaped the way he led, the way he listened, and the way he showed up. Scott was a brilliant man with a rare ability to simplify even the most complex problems, but what truly set him apart was his understanding of people. He was intuitive, compassionate, and genuine, always seeking to help others grow, succeed, and feel valued.

Scott’s humility and straightforward nature made him a deeply respected and beloved leader. At On Air Solutions, he created more than a workplace—he cultivated a family. Employees and their families felt seen, supported, and trusted. He carried no judgment, only acceptance, allowing people the space to learn, evolve, and thrive. This spirit of care extended through every project he led, including landmark efforts such as the 30th G8 Summit hosted by President George W. Bush at Sea Island, Georgia, South by Southwest, the 2016 Presidential Debate at Washington University, the BJC Healthcare Medical Campus, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, 3M and Target Headquarters, and Sprint Campus HQ. Yet for Scott, success was never defined by scale or recognition; it was measured by the strength of relationships and the lives touched along the way.

Despite his many accomplishments, Scott never sought the spotlight. He took greater pride in relationships than in milestones, and greater fulfillment in people than in outcomes. To him, the success of On Air Solutions was never just about the business—it was about the community he built, and the sense of belonging he worked tirelessly to foster. His example continues to inspire those who had the privilege of working alongside him.

At the center of Scott’s life was his profound relationship with his beloved wife, Nicole. They met in 1999, and from the beginning, their bond was unmistakable. Nicole often said Scott was the answer to her prayers, while Scott would say she was the best thing that ever happened to him. Their marriage was built on deep love, unwavering respect, and mutual support— a partnership strengthened by time, laughter, and shared resilience. They were not only husband and wife, but best friends and true soulmates. Scott’s devotion to Nicole reflected the depth of his character and the sincerity with which he loved.

Along with Nicole, Scott is survived by his brothers, Craig and Brent; his sister-in-law, Karen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Joan Wysocki, and his siblings, Derrick and Denise.

Though the world has lost a remarkable man, Scott’s spirit remains. It lives on in the people he believed in, the communities he strengthened, and the love he gave so freely. His life reminds us that while time is fleeting, connection endures—and that a life well lived is measured not in years, but in the care, we offer and the hearts we change. Scott will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever carried forward by those who were touched by his presence.
