Sei-Chang Yoon, age 82, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday February 2, 2020. Sei-Chang was born January 15, 1938 in South Korea to Pan Shee Jung and Bong-Hun Yoon. Sei-Chang was preceded in death by; father Bong-Hun Yoon and mother Pan Shee Jung. A funeral service for Sei-Chang will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church, 1706 Bingle Rd., Houston, TX 77055.
