Viewing will take place at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery on Monday December 8, 2020 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Church Service will be held at Generations Church 1330 Gessner Rd. Houston, Texas 77055 from 11:00am to 1:15pm following his burial at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery at 1:30pm.
His wife, Silvia E Hernandez along with their children, Silvia N. Roman, Sergio E. del Cid, Sergio G. Hernandez and Irma J. Hernandez,
grandchildren Alessandro I. Hernandez, Isabella M. del Cid, Aaron G. Hernandez, Isaiah S. Hernandez, Samuel J. Roman, Cassandra Medina, Noah J. Hernandez, Faith E. Roman, Zachary C. Hernandez, Nevaeh M. Hernandez, David N. Roman, Ivy del Cid, Sofia Hernandez, Esther N. Roman, Amelia S. Hernandez, Kaylee Hernandez and Enrique G. Hernandez
Sergio brought his family from Guatemala City, Guatemala his journey was not easy but Sergio never gave up. He was was an exceptional husband, father and grandfather and loving friend. Every struggle was worth it for his family’s wellbeing. He was not only a dedicated employee and became an exceptional business man. Sergio’s career was dedicated to the Hospitality industry which just goes to show how he enjoyed taking care of others. Sergio had many talents and they all never went unrecognized, he was that type of man that would give you his shirt off his back. Papa as his children and grandchildren called him looked up to him as a hero and the strongest man ever. Anyone that met Sergio would be left with a tremendous memory of him no matter what. He really did live the American Dream. This obituary can go on forever describing how great of a person Sergio was and if you got the chance to meet him then you were touched by his kind heart and humble ways. He will forever live in his wives, children grandchildren’s and friends lives.
