Sergio is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 51 years Monica Carmen Hidalgo Pinto; his parents Milton Roeli Hidalgo Vilches and Miguelina de las Mercedes Perez Aros; and his sister Gladis Maria Hidalgo Perez. He is survived by his loving children Cristian Hidalgo, Carlos Hidalgo (Sandra), Luis Hidalgo (Jennifer), and Paula Froelich (Dan); his brother Luis Milton Hidalgo Perez (Mari), and his sister Julia Maria Hidalgo Perez (Guillermo), 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Sergio was a loving husband and a devoted father. His magnetic smile brought joy and warmth to everyone he met. Sergio will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
A visitation for Sergio will be held at the Texas Liberty Chapel at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery from 2:00-3:00 pm. His Celebration of Life will take place at 3:00 pm with the entombment to follow at 4:00 pm
