Sergio Peña

Sergio Peña, 17, of Porter, Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015.

He was born the son of Patrick Peña and Maribel Jaimes on Friday, January 23, 1998 in Houston Texas.

Sergio was a kind, playful, loving, sweet son brother, nephew, and grandson. He loved playing his Playstation, card games, and his favorite dominos game Mexican Train. Sergio also loved the outdoors and everything that came with it such as spending time in the woods with his dogs and playing with lizards. His plans for the future were to join the Air Force and ultimately become an engineer. He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends.

He is survived by his mother Maribel Jaimes and her husband Elmer Garcia; his father Patrick Peña and his wife, Claudia; sisters, Stephanie Castillo, Kate Castillo, Dariyen Michelle Lewis; brothers , Leonardo Garcia, Adam Peña, Jonathan Eric Peña; maternal grandmother, Esther Munoz; paternal grandparents, Gilbert and Cynthia Peña; an uncle, Erly Garcia; aunts, Sonia Muñoz, Amy McIntosh, and Diana Clayton; cousins, Ashley Giselle Muñoz and Skyy Muñoz. Sergio is also survived by many other uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends.

There will be a visitation on Monday, May 25, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home Champions, 3410 FM 1960 West, Houston, Texas 77068.

A memorial service for Sergio will be held at a later date and time.
