

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Shirley Mae Novosad. Whose life was a beautiful reflection of love, faith, and kindness. She was a devoted Christian who lived her life with grace, compassion, and unwavering trust in God.
She was a loving and caring wife of Jerry Novosad SR. A mother who always put her family first. Her warmth, gentle spirit, and endless support touched everyone who knew her. She was the heart of her family—a source of strength, wisdom, and comfort through every season of life.
Her faith in Jesus Christ guided her daily, and she shared that faith through her actions, always offering encouragement, prayer, and love to those around her. She found joy in helping others, lifting spirits, and reminding everyone of the importance of faith, family, and forgiveness.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, strong values, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of her children, Jerry Novosad Jr. Allen Novosad, and Julie Crutchfield. Grandchildren Tyler Crutchfield, Blake Perkins, Brent Bowling,Savannah Novosad, Kolton Novosad, and Bree Novosad. Great-grandchildren Blair Novosad, Aurora Bowling, Xavier Martinez-Novosad and LLIANA MARTINEZ-Novosad. Family, and friends. Though she will be deeply missed, we take comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.

The Funeral Service will take place at Brookside Cypress Creek, 9149Hwy 6 No, Houston, TX 77095, on April 28, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038, on April 28, 2026, beginning at 12:45 pm.
