She was born on October 15, 1981, in Houston, Texas. It is with deep sadness that we announce Starr's passing after her courageous battle with Stage 4 colon cancer, which she fought since June 2024.
“He Takes Only The Best”
“God saw she was getting too tired to stay; it just was not to be. So He put His arms around her and whispered, “Come with me.” With tear-filled eyes, we watched her hour by hour, day by day. Although we loved her deeply, we could not make her stay. Her golden heart stopped beating, her hard-working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. “
