TEODORA "DORA" GARCIA FLORES, 88, formerly of Sugar Land, Texas was called home by her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, AUGUST 07, 2024. Teodora was born in Cuero, DeWitt, TX, USA, on Saturday, November 09, 1935 to Abraham Lopez Garcia and Eloisa Vargas.

Teodora was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, also a devoted housewife, she will be truly missed by her family and friends who knew her.

Teodora has been preceded in death by

Her husband: Juan Montez Flores;

Her parents: Abraham Lopez Garcia and Eloisa Vargas;

Brothers: Abraham Simon Garcia, Enrique "Henry" Garcia

Sisters: Leonor Garcia Salazar, Elvira Garcia Salazar, Janie Garcia Leal, Beatrice Garcia Chacon, AnSelma Garcia Hernandez

Teodora has been survived by her beloved family,

Teodora was blessed with eight Great-Great Grandchildren.

A memorial service for Teodora will be held Friday, August 30, 2024 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
