Ted is survived by his mother, Marie Bartlett, wife
Rachelle Bartlett, son, Patrick Casey Bartlett and brother, Thomas Lee Bartlett.
Services have been entrusted to Memorial Oaks Funeral Home to conduct the Celebration of Life on January 25, 2018 at 12:30pm.
