Thom Thi Nguyen

Thom had a career in tailoring and food services. She was married to Muon V. Duong for 58 years.

She also had a passion for sewing, cooking, gardening, volunteering at church, and being a great mom. Thom was an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children Phuong Tran, Nga Duong, Holli Duong, Diana Duong, Hang Duong, and John Duong, grandchildren Amanda, Angela, Alex Tran, Christopher, Cody, Gracie Do, Faith Dang, Abigayle Duong, and great grandchildren Josephine and Julian Sun.

Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek, located at 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095, on October 10, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The funeral service is scheduled for October 11, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 6550 Fairbanks North Houston Rd, Houston, TX 77040.

A committal service will take place on October 11, 2025, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
