Thomas Joseph Tomson

Thomas J. Tomson, age 76, of Spring, Texas passed into eternal rest on Monday, June 21, 2021. Thomas was born June 22, 1944 in Muskegon, Michigan to parents, Joseph and Wanda Tomson. Tom lived in Chillicothe, Missouri in his early life before moving to Corpus Christi, Texas. After graduating high school in Corpus Christi, Tom attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Masters in Business Administration. He was an analyst for Skelley Oil, Getty Oil and Texaco, retiring from Texaco. He also worked for Hewett Packard. Tom was an ordained minister with Iglesia De Dios in Honduras and an ordained Teacher of the Word, Four Square Ltd. He played on the high school basketball team. He also played tennis at the Championship level for men over 30 years of age.

Tom is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Tomson. Left to cherish his memories is wife, Marie Tomson; mother, Wanda Darr Tomson; daughters, Shannon T. Schussler and Stacy T. Cooper; grandchildren, Daniel T. Schussler and Rachel M. Schussler.

A graveside service for Thomas will be held Monday, June 28, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by burial.
