He is survived by his daughter Rebecca and two grandchildren Luceillia, and Dexter. His brothers Jim and Jay, and sisters Myrna and Mari.
Born March 12, 1962 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Todd joined the Coast Guard at age 18. He served 5 years as a crewman on search and rescue boats as well as an electrician's apprentice, during which time he met his wife Patricia. They were married in 1981 and became parents in 1986.
Todd enjoyed his friends and family above all else. He was generous and thoughtful to the people he loved. He found great peace in nature and was appreciative of all the Earth had to offer. As an avid music lover, you could often hear his arrival from blocks away. He was a talented electrician, handyman, sharp shooter, driver, inventor, and problem solver. He was passionate, deliberate, and quick with organic wit. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all those that knew him.
