Tyler Matthew Newton

Tyler Matthew Newton born January 9, 2016 at Fort Irwin, California was taken all too soon on February 4, 2016 after a short battle against congenital heart disease. Tyler's big blue eyes, tiny hands and sweet smile melted the hearts of all who knew him. His days here on Earth were filled with smiling and laughing at his daddy, always snuggling close to his momma and wrapping his grandparents around his little fingers.

Tyler was a true blessing from God, sent to his family for a very short time to fill their hearts full of love. They will always cherish the 27 days they had with such a sweet angel. For someone so small and young, he touched the hearts of all who were lucky enough to meet him.

Tyler is survived by his parents William and Lisa Newton, grandparents Michelle and Michael Wyatt, Marion and Lynette Lewandowski, LeeAnn and Andy Garred and David and Diane Newton. He is also survived by great-grandparents Patricia Newton, Gertrude Lewandowski, Ernie and Ann Coleman, Jackie and Thomas Merritt, Nancy and Larry Wyatt and uncles Chris Newton, Brandon Wyatt and aunt Callie Newton.

Our guardian angel was welcomed into the gates of heaven by his great-grandfathers Florian Lewandowski and William T. Newton.

Tyler will be laid to rest at Brookside Funeral Home 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, Thursday, February 11. A viewing will be held from 12pm to 2pm immediately followed by his services. He will be interred at Brookside Cemetery following the service in a private family ceremony.
