Valarie Casey-McDade

Valarie Eunkiee Casey was born on October 2, 1962 to Hilary Brown and Lula Kallie right here in Houston TX (aka Acres Homes).

Once this little Ray of sunshine begin to shine, she gained the nickname “Ne-Ne” and was trouble ever since. Valarie was educated in Houston Independent School District and attended Osborne Elementary, Fonville Middle School and graduated from Sam Houston High School.

Valarie started her family at an early age giving birth to a vibrant baby girl LaChawn and three years later an energetic baby boy Joseph. In 2010 she was blessed with another bouncing baby boy Daniel.

In 2002 she became a faithful member of Grace Temple Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Christopher W. Wright.

Valarie was preceded in death by her mother Evangelist Lula Casey and two brothers Will Casey III and Clyde Casey Sr.

She departed this life on August 24, 2024. She leaves to cherish her 3 kids, LaChawn, Joseph and Daniel. 1 sister Lizzie (Ernest), 1 brother Daniel (Geraldine), 4 grandchildren Adriana, Xavier, Zuri and Zhane’ and 1 great grand child Dylan. 1 God sister Jannie and 1 God daughter Kristina (Aaron) & A host of nieces,

nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Valarie will be held Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 10 AM to 11 AM at Grace Temple Baptist Church, located at 6503 W. Montgomery Rd., Houston, TX 77091. A funeral service will immediately follow from 11:00 AM.
