Vernon Ray Rutherford, 75, passed away May 3, 2012 and was reunited with his loving wife of 47 years, Lois Ella Rutherford. He is survived by his six sisters:Irene Vancamp Dixon, Geneva Marie Cash, Ruby Watkins, Maudie Vernell Bledsoe, Nina Lee Price, and Kathern J. Bennett; stepson, LeRoy Belt; grandkids, Amber Norris and Frank Belt, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; his closest companion, Zina Beth McWalters and her family; his caregiver for over 15 years, Loretta Mason and her family; along with other loving relatives and friends. An inurnment is scheduled for 10:30 AM, Friday, May 18th at Brookside Memorial Park.
