Victoria Frances Neely, 80, passed away on June 9, 2013 and joined her husband John V. Neely. She is survived by son, John Neely; daughter, Mary Catherine Neely; grandchildren: Kimberly Anne Neely, Christopher Wayne Neely, John Michael Neely, Kristin Ashley Neely, and Tiffany Denise Neely; sisters: Claire Black and Viola Singletary; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
