Vincent grew up in Houston and graduated from St. John’s School in 2024. He was currently enrolled at Southern Methodist University in the Cox School of Business, where he was a Finance major and a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He was working with Gillon Capital in Dallas and had accepted a position with Guggenheim in New York City.
Vincent was brilliant, driven, loyal, thoughtful, and mature beyond his years. He remained deeply connected to the St. John’s School community, where he treasured his friendships and the faculty relationships that helped shape him. He had a natural passion for finance and business and approached his future with ambition, focus, and excitement. Vincent loved to travel, especially to Cabo, Japan, and London, and he had an appreciation for the finer things in life. Those who knew him will remember his quiet confidence, his loyalty, and the depth with which he cared for the people in his life.
Vincent is survived by his loving parents, Manuel “Manny” Reyes, MD, and Meredith Reyes, MD; his siblings, Maya Reyes, and Anthony Reyes; his paternal grandparents, Manuel and Gregoria Reyes; his maternal grandmother, Valeria Blaschke; his maternal grandfather, Michael Bieck; and his great-grandmother, Cira Perez Rangel.
