Virgil L Reynolds

Virgil Lee Reynolds born April 9, 1952 in Houston,TX departed his earthly home on August 2, 2015. Born to Ruth Hite & Robert Reynolds, Virgil had 3 siblings David Sadis, James "Red" Robertson, and sister Pamela Joy Reynolds. A north Houston native, Virgil enlisted in the Navy in 1969 where he served aboard the USS Providence. When he returned home from the military he met his first wife Brenda Haynes of Galveston. In 1975 Virgil and Brenda gave birth to their daughter Lori. Virgil worked for Ameritex Builders most of his life until his health began failing in around 2003. He was a devoted Father and Grandfather and loved his family. Virgil had a servant heart and loved to help others. Everyone loved "Papa" and many friends adopted him as their own. At Christmas each year Papa would go out of his way to make the babies light up over gifts that he picked out especially for them. Virgil was preceded in death by his Mother Ruth Hite, Father Robert Reynolds, Brother James Robertson, and wife Sherry Sbarbarro. He is survived by his Daughter Lori Mullins and her Husband Dwight of Atascocita, TX, His Brother David Sadis and wife Sandy of Apopka, FL, Sister Pamela Hunter of Caspar, CA, and Grandsons Kendall & Bailey Mullins Atascocita, TX.
