Virginia "Ginny" Salter passed away Wednesday October 8, 2014, in Cypress, Texas, at the age of 55. Ginny was born on September 7, 1959, in Richmond, Texas, to Otis Hester and the late Stella Gamel Hester. She is survived by her father Otis Hester, daughter Brandi Miranda and husband Daniel Miranda; grandsons Griffin Miranda, Blake Prentice and Cody Miranda; brothers Jimmy Hester and Vernon Hester and wife Tana, as well as many neices and nephews.
Ginny was blessed with the birth of her only daughter Brandi, who was the light of her life and her best friend. She loved spending time with her family and grandkids. Whether it was staying up late watching movies, taking them shopping or traveling with them, the love for her daughter and grandkids was very apparent. She took care of her grandkids for the last ten years. Everyone will miss Ginny's quick sense of humor, her addicting personality, her love of family, her cats and George Strait. She was always making others' lives easier and she always knew how to bring a smile to everyone's face. Ginny remained a Texas native her entire life. She will be loved and missed forever, not only by her family but also by her numerous friends.
