Wade Thomas Hendrickson

Wade Thomas Hendrickson, 40, passed from this life on March 6, 2021. Wade was born August 19, 1980 in San Diego, California to Brenda Unger Hendrickson and Chris Boyko. He was raised by Brenda and Terry Hendrickson and grew up with his brother, Brian Hendrickson and sister, Tarrah Hendrickson and lived primarily in Austin, Dripping Springs and Richmond, Texas.

Wade enjoyed playing sports growing up and met many lifelong friends on the diamond. After high school, he proudly joined the United States Marine Corp. before then joining the Army and serving multiple tours in Afghanistan. Wade met the love of his life, Wendy Hendrickson, and they were married on June 23, 2006. Together they raised Wendy’s children, Bryan, AJ, Lauren and Jeremy and later had three children of their own, Anabela, William and Ava.

Wade was always up for an adventure and truly loved living life and experiencing as much as he possibly could. He was known for having “a million dollar smile” and could befriend anyone in the room. Wade was a patriot, always willing to help others, especially his brothers and sisters he met in the service; he was fearless and prideful; he had many talents and was good at anything he attempted.
