Wayne Neil Linn

Neil graduated from Will Rodgers High School in Tulsa, OK and earned a Bachelors of Art from the University of Tulsa and a MBA from the University of Houston. He was a member of PKA Fraternity. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and was stationed in Ft. Knox, KY, where he was a member of the Military Police.

Neil was devoted to weight training and physical fitness. He spent many years working in the health club industry. His varied interests included reading, exercise, theatre, boating, church activities, pets, friends and family. He was a lifelong member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), he most recently was a member of the Kingwood Christian Church.

Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Samuel Linn and Celina Anderson Linn. He is survived by daughter, Michele Linn-Lucker and husband, Brian Lucker; daughter, Laura Linn Duncan and husband, Max Duncan; granddaughters, Jessalyn Duncan, Brianna Lucker and Bethany Lucker and grandsons, Kurtis Duncan and Nicholas Duncan; friend, Mary Ann Linn and longtime neighbor and friend Carole MacNeil. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Neil will be laid to rest in his parent’s family plot at a later date.
